CoolDoon.com provides temporary phone numbers, rental numbers, and temporary email services for online verification and account registration.

Users must follow these rules:

• Our services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension.
• Suspended accounts will not be eligible for refunds or balance recovery.
• Users are fully responsible for how they use the services purchased through CoolDoon.com.

We respect and protect user privacy.

We do not sell or share user information with third parties except when legally required.

Temporary numbers operate through automated systems and third-party providers.

Rules:

• If OTP is NOT received, users may cancel the order and receive a refund to their wallet balance.
• If OTP IS received, the order is considered successful and NO REFUND will be provided.
• If OTP does not arrive within 20 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled and the wallet is refunded. Users may also cancel manually at any time before that.
• Once an OTP appears in our system, the transaction is considered completed.

Rental numbers are provided for a specific duration.

Important rules:

• No cancellation after purchase.
• No refund after purchase.
• Rental time begins immediately after purchase.
• Users are responsible for using the number during the active rental period.

Temporary email services are provided for receiving verification emails and OTP messages.

Rules:

• If an OTP or verification message is received, NO REFUND will be issued.
• If OTP is not received, users may cancel according to system availability.

Refunds are limited and controlled by system conditions.

• If OTP is not received, users may cancel and receive a refund.
• If OTP is received, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed only to the user's wallet balance.
• Refund abuse may result in account suspension.

Users can withdraw available wallet balance according to these rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 1000 PKR.
• A 33% service charge will be deducted from withdrawals.

Users must follow all payment instructions carefully.

Important:

• CoolDoon.com is not responsible for incorrect payments made by users.
• If a payment is not updated, contact support within 30 minutes of payment.
• Deposits below the minimum allowed amount will not be refunded or adjusted.

CoolDoon.com provides API access for developers and resellers.

Rules:

• API access must not be used for spam, abuse, or illegal services.
• API misuse may lead to immediate suspension without notice.
• Resellers are responsible for the actions of their own customers.
• CoolDoon.com reserves the right to limit or block API access if abnormal activity is detected.

CoolDoon.com only provides numbers and message receiving services.

We are NOT responsible for failures caused by:

• Application bugs
• Platform restrictions
• Device verification issues
• Server errors
• Any bans or logouts

Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for:

• Fraudulent activities
• Abuse of refunds
• Multiple suspicious accounts
• Harassment or abusive language toward support staff
• Violating platform policies
• Providing fake or fabricated information
• Using fake data or false claims to request support

CoolDoon.com services rely on automated systems and external providers.

Due to this:

• Numbers availability may change anytime
• Temporary delays may occur
• Some services may occasionally fail

CoolDoon.com reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for reviewing the policy page regularly.

All users must comply with local and international laws while using CoolDoon.com services.

CoolDoon.com will fully cooperate with legal authorities if required by law.

By registering or using CoolDoon.com services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these terms
• You agree to follow all rules and policies
• You accept all system and service limitations

CoolDoon.com expects all users to maintain respectful and honest communication when seeking support.

The following actions will result in immediate account suspension WITHOUT any warning:

• Using abusive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff.
• Swearing, cursing, or using offensive language in any support ticket or communication.
• Bringing religion, ethnicity, nationality, or any discriminatory remarks into support conversations.
• Making false promises, fake oaths, or swearing falsely to manipulate support outcomes.
• Using any form of disrespect or bad behavior toward CoolDoon.com employees or representatives.

CoolDoon.com operates with integrity and expects the same from all users.

Providing fake or false information is strictly prohibited:

• Do not provide fake OTP delivery claims.
• Do not provide fabricated screenshots or edited evidence.
• Do not falsely claim that an OTP was not received when it was delivered in our system.
• Do not use fake transaction IDs or payment proofs.
• Do not create fake accounts to exploit refunds or promotions.
• Do not provide fake personal information to support.
